ESHS Kitchen Manager Rachel Coe Served with Award and Promotion

Excelsior Springs, MO –  At their April 9th meeting, the Excelsior Springs School Board awarded Rachel Coe, Aramark High School Kitchen Manager, the Classified Employee of the Month distinction for April 2024.

Deputy Superintendent Mark Bullimore praised Coe’s leadership in ensuring the smooth operation of school food services following the departure of the district’s previous Food Service Manager. Coe’s responsibilities have included overseeing meal programs at the high school and spearheading initiatives to reduce lunch debt.

Bullimore emphasized Coe’s dedication by announcing her recent promotion to District Food Service Manager. He acknowledged her nine-year tenure as a cornerstone of the Food Service team, particularly commending her passion for fostering positive interactions with students and her unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality meals.  “Her talents have enriched the high school and District, bringing a distinctive mix of care, insight, and commitment,” Bullimore concluded, expressing gratitude for Coe’s contributions as both Kitchen Manager and her future role as District Food Service Manager.
