Wine, Sunshine, and Good Times at Excelsior Springs’ Sippin’ Into Spring Event

EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, Mo. — Excelsior Springs buzzed with activity and high spirits on Saturday as the Downtown Excelsior Partnership Main Street Program (DEP) hosted its annual Sippin’ Into Spring event. The event drew a sold-out crowd of wine enthusiasts to celebrate the onset of spring in a flavorful fashion. From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., participants roamed through the scenic streets, sipping on a variety of wines offered by over 20 local merchants.

The event, designed to bid farewell to winter and welcome the warmer days of spring, featured an impressive array of wines available for tasting at eateries, drinkeries, boutiques, and galleries throughout Downtown Excelsior Springs. For a $30 ticket, Standard Tasting Ticket Holders enjoyed samples at each participating location, turning the day into a delightful journey of taste and discovery. Meanwhile, V.I.P. Ticket Holders, who had secured their passes for $55, were treated to an exclusive early check-in and a gourmet brunch accompanied by a glass of wine at Ventana Gourmet Grill, setting the stage for an elevated experience.
