The Excelsior Springs School District announced that beginning August 1, 2022, Rockin’ Tiger Club (RTC) will be located at the Early Childhood Center. It was announced earlier this year that Vicky Goetz, longtime director of the program, had retired and Dr. Katie Andreasen will assume the role of the RTC Administrator. Elisa Dale will continue to serve as the program coordinator, and will become the main contact for families utilizing the RTC program.
This move will facilitate the opportunity to best utilize facilities and relieve some of the congestion at Cornerstone Elementary during the regular school year. This will also support the leadership change and allow Dr. Andreasen to be responsive to RTC needs. All summer programming and activities (including RTC snack program) will continue as planned, just from a great new home.
Information on how to enroll your child(ren) in RTC for the 2022-23 school year will be shared in the coming weeks. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Andresen, kandreasen@ga.essd40.com or Elisha, edale@ga.essd40.com. Please see the attachment for a welcome message from Dr. Andreasen.
