Tree-rific Tradition Brings Cheer to Excelsior Springs

The Hall of Waters became even more magical over the weekend with the opening of the Hall of Trees.

Local businesses have set up Christmas trees surrounding the water bar. Each tree has its own unique theme and is decked to the nines. Visitors are encouraged to bring cash or coins with them when they go to visit so they can vote on their favorite tree. All proceeds go right to the Christmas committee.

This year there are twenty-three different trees creating a whimsical experience in the Visitor Center. The businesses participating this year are:

  • Willow Springs Mercantile
  • Excelsior Boulangerie
  • NASB
  • Excelsior Springs Chamber of Commerce
  • Inside Out Escape
  • CK Hair Salon
  • Sturm Brothers
  • Drive to Thrive
  • Hospice Tree of Life
  • Mount Calvary Lutheran
  • Kalyn Goode’s Salon
  • Wealth Springs
  • Style by Ry
  • Warbird Whiskey
  • Bloom Behavioral Healthcare
  • Little Miss & Mr Waterfest
  • Community Bank of MO
  • Aspire Senior Living
  • Veteran’s Outreach Ministries
  • Community Development
  • Thrive
  • Parks and Recreation Community Center
  • Scooters Coffee

Stop by the Hall of Waters for a holiday experience like no other. The Hall of Trees will run through December 31st. Have you already been to see the trees? Which one was your favorite? Let us know and share your pictures in the Citizen Facebook group!
