Tree of Life Memorial Celebration to Honor Loved Ones This Holiday Season

Excelsior Springs Hospital Home Health and Hospice invites the community to participate in this year’s Tree of Life Memorial Celebration, a touching tribute to honor loved ones during the holiday season. The celebration features Christmas trees displayed at the Hall of Waters throughout November and December, adorned with roses dedicated in memory of family members and friends.

Community members are encouraged to reserve roses in honor of someone special. Donations begin at a suggested minimum of $5 per rose, with all contributions directly supporting hospice patients and their families. The funds will also enhance hospice care services through staff education and training, ensuring compassionate and high-quality end-of-life care.

“This event allows us to celebrate the lives of those we love while also helping our hospice program bring comfort and care to families in need,” said Tiffany Cook, Director of Excelsior Springs Hospital Home Health and Hospice. “Every donation makes a meaningful impact.”

To participate, supporters can complete an order form and mail it along with their donation to ESH Hospice using the provided return envelope.

For more information about the Tree of Life Memorial Celebration, hospice services, or volunteer opportunities, contact Tiffany Cook at (816) 630-9228. Your support helps ensure that compassionate care remains a cornerstone of the community during life’s most challenging moments.
