We are right in the middle of our holiday seasonal celebrations in Excelsior Springs! The Christmas Committee and local community has done so much work to assure we have plenty to experience. Check out all the amazing things taking place this week in town!

Hall of Trees - Monday-Sunday
Monday-Friday 10 AM – 4:45 PM
Saturday & Sunday 11 AM – 4 PM
Located around the Hall of Waters water bar, over 30 Christmas trees are uniquely decorated by community businesses and civic groups. The trees are on display beginning the evening of the Lighted Christmas parade through December.
Bring cash or coin to vote for your favorite tree! All proceeds go back to the Christmas Committee and the FAVORITE tree wins a free entry into next year’s contest!
Lane of Lights - Monday-Sunday - 5:30pm-10:30pm
Don’t miss out on taking a trip (or two!) through Lover’s Lane during the Christmas Season. Throughout your drive you’ll enjoy a variety of lighted Christmas displays.
Each evening of the season a different not for profit group hosts the lane. While this is a free-will-donation event, please note the suggested donation amount per vehicle is $5. Please know all large bus and/or group tours will be required to pay a $25 fee.
It’s the perfect start to an evening in Excelsior Springs or an even better way to cap off your experience!
Chamber After Hours at Wine and Shine Tasting Room
Thursday, December 12 – 4:00pm-6:00pm
Join us for a festive and fun-filled evening at Wine and Shine Tasting Room, located at 259 E Broadway, on Thursday, December 12th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Celebrate the season with delicious Christmas candies, paired with fine wines and drinks. There will also be holiday surprises in store!
Annual Christmas Show at Slightly Off Broadway Theatre

Get ready for a sweet holiday adventure at the Candy Cane Hunt on Saturday, December 14th! 🎅✨ This fun and festive event is FREE for everyone to attend. Warm up with complimentary hot cocoa as your kiddos hunt for hidden candy canes!
The hunt times are organized by age group to ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy the fun:
9:10 AM for ages 1-3
9:20 AM for ages 4-7
9:30 AM for ages 8-9
9:40 AM for ages 10-12

It’s ReeceNichols Excelsior Springs’ annual Santa Event!! We are excited to host another year of pictures with Santa! They will have a photographer for free digital pictures and you are also welcome to take your own pictures! They would love for you to bring people or pet food to add to our Good Samaritan Center donations!
