Updated Coverage from Halloween:
The cold didn’t keep local trick or treaters away from getting free candy! The downtown trick or treat was filled with ghouls and goblins. There were multiple reports that Excelsior Springs children were polite and said thank you when trick or treating. There were 990 kids that participated in the Community Center’s Festival and 85 kids at the Pumpkin Plunge! Overall it was a cold but safe Halloween!
