EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, Mo.—Downtown Excelsior Springs recently welcomed an exciting new addition with the launch of Glasshouse Tattoo Studio at 463 S Thompson. Leviticus “Levi” Staley and Bethany Harvey, originally from Richmond, own the new business, which is quickly earning a reputation for professionalism, creativity, and a welcoming atmosphere.

With a combined eight years of tattooing experience, Levi and Bethany offer a full range of tattoo styles and services, making their studio appealing to both first-time clients and ink enthusiasts. Levi brings a flair for tattoo designs and offers piercing services as well. “I love anything weird, something out of the box,” he says. His willingness to tackle creative challenges has already motivated several clients to seek him out.

Bethany is known for her intricate floral tattoos. Her versatile skill set has also allowed her to develop a variety of tattoo styles, making her a well-rounded artist and a favorite for clients seeking personalized designs. She began her tattoo work as an apprentice in Lathrop, Missouri, before moving to a studio in Richmond. Glasshouse Tattoo Studio is the first solo venture for both her and Levi.

Clients have noted the cleanliness and organization of the space, aligning perfectly with the couple’s commitment to a top-notch, hygienic experience. Currently, the studio operates on a cash-only basis, with walk-ins welcomed and appointments available through their website.

Bethany and Levi said they take pride in maintaining a clean and fun environment.

Levi and Bethany said they were drawn to the charm and community of downtown Excelsior Springs and are looking forward to supporting other small businesses nearby. “We love the local business energy here, and we’re excited to start being a part of it,” Bethany shared.
