EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, Mo. (Nov. 19, 2025) – The Metropolitan Community College (MCC) Wolves will be welcoming a Lady Tiger volleyball player to their program in the fall of 2026. Senior Jordin Price signed a national letter of intent on Wednesday, November 19, to continue her education and volleyball career for the Wolves.

The Wolves, who play out of the Longview Community College campus in Lee’s Summit, are part of the National Junior College Athletic Association Division II Region 16. They finished the 2025 season with an 18-11 record, ending their season in the District A championship match against Heartland Community College out of Normal, Illinois.

Price collected 497 kills over the last three seasons for the Lady Tigers, leading the team’s offensive attack. She will be looked upon to be a middle or outside hitter for the Wolves next fall. She chose the MCC program over Central Methodist University and Drury University. Her decision was based on the closeness to home and the availability of the A+ program to help pay her tuition for the two years she will be attending MCC.

While attending, she will work toward her associate’s degree with a focus on Exercise Science, and she plans to transfer to Central Methodist after graduation to earn a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training.

“I am looking forward to being able to travel the country to play the sport I love, getting pushed harder than before, while experiencing competition at a high level,” Price said.

Price, who played her final three seasons as a Lady Tiger under the direction of her mom, Cindy Price, gives credit to her parents for her success. “My parents were always there for me through everything, always supporting me,” she said.

Jordin is the oldest of three children, with twin sisters who are 11 years old. Her parents, Andrew and Cindy, are both teachers and coaches within the Excelsior Springs School District.
