Nov. 26, 5:39 p.m., 210 and JJ highways – Deputies took over a pursuit initiated by Excelsior Springs Police at 210 and JJ highways. Deputies attempted to deploy Stop Sticks but terminated their pursuit when speeds became excessive.
Nov. 26, 10:54 p.m., 24200 block of NE 124th St. – Deputies investigated a possible business burglary in the 24200 block of NE 124th St. The vehicle deputies saw leaving the business had been reported stolen. The suspect fled through Excelsior Springs, Lawson, into Clinton County. He returned to the Excelsior Springs area, where police successfully deployed Stop Sticks. The suspect eventually crashed at U.S. 69 Highway and NE 261st St. in Clinton County, and two occupants ran from the vehicle. The Missouri State Highway Patrol took them into custody.
Nov. 27, 11:03 a.m. 3rd and Main streets – A deputy stopped a truck with expired license plates. The driver had a revoked license, no insurance and a warrant for his arrest. The deputy took him into custody.
Nov. 30, 9700 block of Foothills Road – Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance.
