Excelsior Springs High School alumni are gearing up for a nostalgic Homecoming weekend, with milestone reunions planned for the Classes of 1974 and 1979. The festivities coincide with this year’s Excelsior Springs Homecoming on Friday, October 4.
The day kicks off with an early school release to accommodate an afternoon Homecoming Parade, followed by the ESHS Tigers taking on Raytown South at Tiger Stadium at 7:00 p.m.
Class of 1979 Reunion
The Excelsior Springs Class of 1979 will celebrate their 45th reunion on July 27 at Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. This event offers a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with old friends and make new memories. Class of 1974 Reunion
The Class of 1974 will mark their 50th reunion with a series of events, starting with participation in the Homecoming Parade and a tailgate party at the game on October 4. The main reunion event will be held on October 5, 2024, at the Excelsior Springs Golf Course Clubhouse and Pavilion from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Activities will include a buffet dinner and items for sale, though attendance does not require purchasing the dinner.
