The Elms Hotel & Spa is inviting the community to hop on over for a special buffet-style holiday brunch on Easter Sunday, April 9th. From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM the on-site restaurant, Three Owls, will be hosting a holiday brunch where guests can enjoy a delicious meal and festive cocktails with family, friends, and visitors.
The Easter brunch menu includes:
· French toast topped with maple syrup, whipped cream, and fresh berries
· Breakfast sides including bacon, sausage, cheesy grits, and potato and ham Spanish tortilla
· Fluffy scrambled eggs
· Seasonal fresh fruit and artisan cheese displays
· Entrée accompaniments including whipped mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, roasted vegetables, mixed salads, and assorted tea sandwiches
· Carving station options include orange marmalade glazed ham, mesquite roasted chicken with dijon cream sauce, and pan-roasted trout with brown butter and almonds
· Sweet desserts from peach cobbler to chocolate cake, carrot cake, and assorted puddings
· “Super Mimosa” – 360 Mandarin Orange Vodka, Wycliff Brut, and orange juice
· “Sharable Mimosa” – One bottle of Piper Sonoma Brut, choice of orange, cranberry, or pineapple juice (4-6 servings)
· “Easter Sangria” – Refreshing seasonal sangria with moscato, brandy, fresh peaches, strawberries, lemon, and lime soda
· “Bad Bunny” – Bacardi Rum, lemonade, strawberry puree, topped with a Peep
· “Good Bunny” mocktail – Lemonade, strawberry puree, topped with a Peep (no rum)
The price of brunch is $48 for adults, $41 for seniors (60+), $24 for children (ages 4-12), and complimentary for young children (ages 3 and under). The Elms management invites guests of all ages to celebrate with them this holiday. As a special treat for the kids at brunch, they will each be gifted a special Easter egg keepsake.
