Seven Violations Found and One Arrest Made in Halloween Safety Operation Targeting Registered Offenders

The Excelsior Springs Police Department’s Halloween safety initiative, “Operation No-Glow,” uncovered seven compliance violations and led to one arrest as officers patrolled the residences of registered sex offenders on Halloween night. The violations, including individuals disregarding regulations by having porch lights on or not being home, highlight the importance of the department’s efforts to protect local families during holiday festivities.
