Baseball Bat Beating Leaves Local Man in Critical Condition

Excelsior Springs Police Officers arrested two parties for an assault that occurred on Friday, 7/30/2021. At 4:30 PM, Friday, officers responded to the 2300 block of Rhonda Road on a call for an assault in progress. Officers located a male victim in the side yard of the residence, suffering from an apparent severe head injury.
